Whether you’re a mental health professional, researcher, student, artist, community advocate, or simply someone interested in learning about mental health, Manotsava offers something valuable for you. The festival is designed to be inclusive and accessible to people from all backgrounds and walks of life.

We explore diverse themes at the intersection of Mental Health and Society, Technology, Philanthropy, Childhood, Ageing, Parenthood, Gender, Art, and much more.

There is no minimum age limit, but we recommend that children under 16 be accompanied by adults. Some sessions may discuss sensitive topics that might be more appropriate for mature audiences.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Yes, The Lalit Ashok provides parking facilities. However, we encourage using public transport when possible due to limited parking space.

The nearest metro station is Mantri Square Sampige Road (Green Line) / Majestic Metro Station (Purple Line). From there, you can take a taxi, auto-rickshaw, or bus. We will also provide shuttle bus services from select metro stations – details will be shared closer to the event date.

The venue will have provisions for water and food can be purchased from stalls present at the festival.

Yes, the venue provides quiet spaces that can be used for nursing mothers and prayer. Please contact the festival volunteers for assistance.

Sessions will be recorded for educational purposes and will be made available on the festival website and YouTube channel in the future.
